INCLINED WIRE HEADBOX

Characteristic

An inclined wire former for a wire part of a machine for producing a fibrous web, in particular a nonwoven web, comprises a forming fabric, which is at least one multilayer headbox having several sections being provided in the oblique section of the forming fabric through which sections a plurality of fibrous suspensions can be applied simultaneously to the forming fabric to produce fiber layers.

 Description
Suitable for the forming of long fibers and their mixed fibers in a low-concentration state.
Ensure the uniformity and bulkiness of the finished product.
With Multi-layer headbox, the suspensions of the separate layers can be individually fed into the sheet formation area.
More efficient tube design will maintain a constant pressure along the cross machine direction

15-30gsm, from both virgin and recycle fiber.

Higher productivity with increased machine speed and better runnability.
