Characteristic
Our headbox consists of a manifold distributor, flow stabilization elements and slice, will distribute the papermaking stock uniformly across the width of the wire section. The papermaking stock pumped in a pipe is converted to a uniform rectangular flow with absolutely the same flow rate and flow direction across the wire width.
Description
Flow stabilization elements are present inside the headbox. They will prevent the fibers from floccu- lating and settling by producing turbulence.
Slice opening controls the stock velocity and the angle of impingement of stock on the wire. It is crucial for paper formation and dewatering on wire.
The central distributor design is very important to maintain a constant static pressure along the cross machine direction.
The raw material quality poten- tial is maximized to enhance efficiency.
